I hope you have the chance to visit some of the marvelous facilities and landmarks that make Ohio State a world-class institution. Tradition and innovation combine to form a campus that is wonderfully vibrant and unique—from Orton Hall and the Oval to Wexner Center for the Arts and the new Ohio Union.

Although we are certainly proud of our campus, what most distinguishes Ohio State is what transpires in our classrooms, libraries, laboratories, galleries, and hospitals. Peek into a dance rehearsal, listen to a lecture, and catch the excitement of a game. These experiences are the true measures of the quality of the university’s faculty, students, and staff.
